"Sanitarium is not in the business of images. We wanted an image manager that would manage our images in a cost-effective way, with a minimum of involvement on our part - e-see has definitely done this.
The initial reason for the change from our past provider was one of price. However, since this change, the service that e-see provides from getting the product through to photography, (which is of a very high standard) through to loading and managing the images has more than overtaken price as the key driver. Subsequent offers of large price reductions by the previous image provider have in no way at all made Sanitarium consider changing from e-see.
Also of critical importance is that the trade are able to access all of our images and get these in a timely and effective manner, on this front, e-see have also done a great job.
Both personally and as a company, we have not had any negative issues at all, in our dealings with e-see, in fact very much the opposite.
