Setting up Safe Senders.
Sometimes email notifications from e-see might be intercepted by your junk mail filters or corporate firewall.
This is a particularly tricky area and the environment is changing all the time as people try to defend against email Spam
The best way to avoid this is to add notifications@e-see.com and help@e-see.com to your Safe Senders list (in Outlook/Exchange/Entourage) or to your address book (Apple Mac).
- In MS Outlook click on a mail message from help@e-see.com or notifications@e-see.com and select "Add to Safe Senders List"
- In Apple Mail, select a mail message from help@e-see.com or notifications@e-see.com, then "Message" from the menu and then "Add sender to Address Book"
This will add help@e-see.com or notifications@e-see.com to your safe sender list.
You can do this for any email address, that you want to be sure to get email from.
